Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission is seeking proposals from qualified utility consulting professionals with experience in utility analysis, with expertise in data Collection, extraction, cleaning, and modeling to provide analysis to the PUC’s Senior Advisors and Commissioners on an as needed basis. Specific projects will be included but not be limited to the following: • Financial and economic analysis of books and records of utility companies, including critical metrics. • Market analysis related to the factors that impact costs of utility services, including reports and an accompanying dashboard. • Analysis of legislative proposals. • Capital asset planning process. • Review and analysis of tariff reforms • Analysis of integrated resource plans, data platform, demand response, and energy efficiency approaches.
