Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Army National Guard, Environmental Protection Office (Agency) is accepting price quotes for the sampling and analysis of samples for RCRA waste characterization from facilities throughout West Virginia; 2.0.1 -The Vendor must be certified by the WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) for the required analysis. The Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors have the required certifications (to include being a WVDEP certified laboratory) and insurance to perform the work. 2.0.2-All results shall be forwarded to the individual listed on the Chain of Custody. Results can be submitted either hardcopy or e-mail. The Vendor's normal report format is acceptable. 2.0.3 - The Vendor shall be a registered WV vendor or become a registered WV vendor before the start of work. 2.0.4 - The Vendor shall provide the appropriate sampling bottles to the Agency when requested. The Agency will pick up the sampling bottles at your location. 2.0.5 - If requested, the Vendor shall provide sampling bottles and cooler shipped to an Agency office. The Agency will collect the sample and ship the sample back to the laboratory. So, the cost on Item# 24 is for shipping to and from your location. The contents of the cooler should include but not limited to cooler, Chain of Custody, bottles, QA/QC bottles and return label. Shipping back to the laboratory shall be next day delivery. The Agency is responsible for icing the samples.
