Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources - Parks and Recreation Section is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of a fourwheel drive utility tractor with attachments delivered to Little Beaver State Park located in Beaver WV. 3.1 Diesel 4x4 Utility Tractor, John Deere 5050e Model or Equal. 3.1.1 Must be new, unused 2022 or current year model. 3.1.2 Tractor must be an open station. 3.1.3 Tractor must have a minimum fifty (50) horsepower engine. 3.1.4 PTO must be a minimum of thirty-eight (38) horsepower. 3.1.5 Must have a four-wheel drive transmission. 3.1.6 Must have a minimum nineteen (19) gallon fuel tank. 3.1.7 Transmission 3.1.7.1 Must have a minimum of nine (9) forward speeds. 3.1.7.2 Must have a minimum of three (3) rear speeds.
