Specifications include, but are not limited to: Selected consultant(s) will have experience and expertise with preparing and reviewing site environmental assessments. The consultant also may be tasked with attending meetings with the Biddeford Planning Board or other boards, committees, or commissions as may be assigned. The approach is to review and evaluate the two attached existing environmental assessment reports on property to support of the Proposed Hidden Hills Manufactured Housing Project (see attached Project Site Plan which has received preliminary approval by the Planning Board). The third party review is to insure compliance with the City of Biddeford Code of Ordinances Land Development Regulations, Article XI (Site Plan Review), Article VI (Performance Standards) and compliance with Article 66-22 (Subdivisions) to support a City Planning Board approved Proposed Manufactured Housing Project Site Plan. No on-site property inspections are required.
