Specifications include, but are not limited to: Substantial completion for Phase 1 shall be on or before May 15, 2023. Substantial completion shall be defined as the following: • All removals complete • All grading work complete • All east alley paving complete (including associated backfilling) • All utility adjustments in alley paving complete Substantial completion for Phase 2 shall be on or before September 15, 2023. Substantial completion shall be defined as the following: • All removals complete • All grading work complete • All west alley paving complete (including associated backfilling) • All utility adjustments in alley paving complete Substantial completion for Phase 3 shall be on or before October 15, 2023. Substantial completion shall be defined as the following: • All removals complete • All grading work complete • All curbwork paving complete (including associated backfilling) • All sidewalk paving complete (including associated backfilling) • All curb ramp and detectable warning construction complete • All lighting improvements complete • All utility adjustments in paving complete Final completion shall be on or before October 15, 2023. Final completion shall be defined as the following: • All sodding complete • All plantings complete • Site cleanup complete • All walk throughs complete • All punch list items complete and approved • All other incidental work not required to open the paving to traffic
