Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified supplier for the provision of pistols and associated accessories to the Davie Police Department on an as-needed basis. The Police Department anticipates an initial up-front order of approximately thirty (30) Staccato P-DPO pistols. The Police Department will only consider bids from vendors who will provide the following at no charge: Staccato armorers course, Staccato firearms transition course, lifetime warranty, annual inspections / replacement, six magazines with the purchase of each Staccato firearm, free optic mounting plates and the ability to provide a “loaner” Staccato firearm (with the same build quality and specifications), should a firearm be used in a response to resistance which results in the firearm being removed from service and subsequently stored as evidence (OIS Loaner Program). The Police Department is also seeking to establish a percentage, greater than or equal to, twentyfive percent (25%) off the current and/or future purchase(s) of any additional firearms or accessories from the entire Staccato 2011 LLC catalog. The same percentage rate shall be honored to employees of the Davie Police Department who wish to individually purchase their Staccato 2011 firearm(s) as a department approved firearm for use in an official capacity
