Specifications include, but are not limited to: Initial delivery of letterheads, second sheets, and #10 regular envelopes must be made within three (3) weeks after the contractor receives artwork from the Purchasing Agency or entity by issuance of a purchase order or use of a purchasing card. Business cards must be delivered within five (5) working days from receipt of artwork. Notecards, notecard envelopes and catalog envelopes must be made within ten (10) working days from receipt of artwork. Artwork: Electronic, printer-ready files furnished to Contractor. Proof: Composite, high resolution, color laser proofs. Finished Size: 8 ½” x 11”; Paper Stock: 60# white, vellum, opaque offset, minimum 96 brightness. Ink: Print black and 1 PMS (PMS 534), 2/0-no bleeds.
