Specifications include, but are not limited to: Harmony Public Schools (“HPS”) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a roof covering project at “Harmony Science Academy- Euless”. The project scope of work consists of but is not limited to: removal of existing loose aggregate surfacing, removal of wet insulation, removal of base/wall flashings and counterflashing at walls and curbs, removal of abandoned roof curbs down to the roof deck; repair of roof deck, as required; installation of several auxiliary drains, installation of new thermal insulation and coverboard, installation of a white reflective roof membrane fully adhered to coverboard insulation; installation of wall and curb flashings, some areas of gutter and downspout replacement; some areas of wall repair and coating, and HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work necessary to accommodate the roof replacement.
