Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) must be a new 2022 or later model of the manufacturer’s current standard production, as offered to commercial trade. Though they are not specifically covered herein, all parts and accessories necessary to provide a complete and efficient Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) must be furnished with a unit of this type. All parts must conform in design, strength, quality of materials, and workmanship to current engineering practices and accepted standards of the industry. The Contractor represents that all equipment offered with its quote is 2022 or newer at the time of delivery. Refurbished and Demonstration models shall not be considered. The model offered must have been in production for at least two (2) years prior to the date of delivery to the State of Idaho.
