Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Internal Audit Unit (Department), within the Bureau of Compliance and the Division of Management Services, is requesting quotes for a comprehensive Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) audit web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The software must be delivered via Department download or Compact Disc (CD), whichever is most economical and efficient. • The softwaremust be compatible with the Microsoft Windows 10 (latest build) operating system. • The software must be installed and fully implemented within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of date of award. • The software must be a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. • The software must be able to have out of the box and user customized workflows. • The software must have the ability to add user created, custom fields to records. • The product must meet all of the Federal Risk and Authorization Program (FedRAMP) requirements for cloud products and services. • All costs associated with operating the software including implementation, licensing fee, training, support and maintenance, and years’ two (2), three (3) and year four (4) support and maintenance must be itemized in the ITB response.
