Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work generally consists of sound insulation treatments for up to 53 residential properties in South Burlington, VT. The scope of work for each home may include but is not limited to; window and door replacement, HVAC system installation and associated electrical work, insulation, drywall installation, and finish carpentry and painting. Contractor must be able to secure each home at the end of every work day and residents must have access to power. Shutdowns: Utilities shutdowns shall be coordinated with and approved by the Engineer at least 48 hours in advance. The Contractor shall reconnect utilities at the end of utilities shutdown period. Costs: Pay all costs associated with utilities shutdowns including temporary housing of residents if required. No extra payment will be made for overdue work, schedule changes, or failure to complete utilities connections within authorized shutdown periods.
