Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Engine must have a minimum of 3 cylinders, liquid intercooled diesel engine with a minimum of 23 horsepower @ 2200 rpm. 3.1.2 Boom shall be of a center swing with protective guard for cylinder rod. 3.1.3 Mini excavator must have minimum boom length of 8 feet and minimum arm length of 5 feet long. 3.1.4 Mini excavator must have a maximum operating weight of 9,000 lbs. 3.1.5 Mini excavator must have a closed cab with windshield, heat, air conditioning, and an adjustable seat with seat belt and arm rests. 3.1.6 Mini Excavator must be equipped with rubber tracks. 3.1.7 Mini excavator must have a 12-volt electrical system and a horn. 3.1.8 Mini excavator must have two-speed travel with selectable control and pilot operated hand controls and foot pedals.
