Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Ernest E. Gibson Cafeteria (SRC) The Contractor shall be required to propose four (4) national, regional, or proprietary branded food concepts for the main servery location as a mandatory requirement. The College is requesting the following food ideas to be included: Sandwich and/or subs Hamburgers, Hotdog, and Italian Beef Pizza and Pasta Soup and Salad Hot Made to Order Entrees Food reflecting diverse students, employees, and community members. Food addressing special diet needs such as vegetarian, vegan, low fat, high protein, gluten free, halal, etc. The main servery should also offer: Grab-n-Go Sandwiches, Entrees, Sides, and Desserts Hot and Cold Beverages 2. McAninch Art Center (MAC) Bakery Sandwich Café The Contractor shall be required to propose one (1) national, regional, or proprietary branded concept for the McAninch Art Center location as a mandatory requirement. The MAC Café is currently licensed as an Einstein Bros. Bagel concept. This concept has been accepted well by students and staff and therefore the College desires to maintain this or similar concept in this location. 3. Student Services Center (SSC) Coffee Shop The Contractor shall be required to propose one (1) national, regional, or proprietary branded concept for the SSC Coffee Shop location as a mandatory requirement. The SSC Café is currently offering We Proudly Serve Starbucks concept and desires to maintain a similar concept. The SSC Coffee Shop area will be under construction beginning January 2024 and is anticipated to be ready for occupancy as of mid-year 2025. The College will be providing the basic build out of the facility including all counters, refrigeration, sinks and other fixed equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for any other equipment required for operation and will be included as part of the overall investment cost of the proposal.
