Specifications include, but are not limited to: A potential solution would be to provide: Workstation Patch Panels for Cable Management – Install a panel at each individual workstation that attaches to the vertical posts that hold up the shelf and external monitor, with the following ports, outlets, and cable ports (holes). The Incident Commander (IC) and Public Information Officer (PIO) tables will need a modified version of this. 4 port network jacks wired as follows: 1 port wired to patch panel in network rack, connect to DMVA LAN to provide network connection for Cisco phone. A short network patch cable will connect the phone to this jack. A second patch cable will connect the port on the network rack patch panel to one of the switches for the DMVA LAN. 1 port wired to a cable that plugs into the USB docking station. A short patch cable is connected between this and the “computer” jack on the Cisco phone to provide DMVA network connectivity to the USB docking station. 2 ports wired to patch panel in network rack but connected to DMVA LAN. 2 port HDMI faceplate with cable that has female HDMI connector (basically acts like an extension cable) on the back, with 1 HDMI extension cable to connect it to the USB Docking station, leaving the unused port for future use. The external display mounted for that workstation will plug into the port connected to the dock. Can be an HDMI extension cable that passes through a hole in the panel. Hole that allows passage for the USB-C cable that connects the USB dock to the computer. Some kind of grommet or something to be installed after cable is passed. In addition, duplex or 4 plex outlet for 120V power for computers, monitors, and other devices (phone chargers, etc.) should be provided in the panel for easy access. Provide a technological solution (camera, microphones, etc.) in the SEOC that integrates with the existing audio/visual system (Extron controller and other systems) and allows real-time web based/internet audio/visual presentation and conferencing on all standard platforms to include Zoom, MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, Google Connect, etc. Configure Extron controllers for 1080p (1920x1080 pixels) resolution instead of 720p (1280x720 pixels). Video from the computers is currently down sampled from 1080p the computers use to 720p. This makes smaller text and objects hard to see clearly. Incorporate, revise, and integrate of 2 web based online streaming displays (television news, etc.) into existing Extron control. Selected contractor will be required to keep the SEOC clean at the end of the day and after final completion of this contract. The goal of this project is to upgrade the SEOC’s audio and visual systems. Offerors need to show a breakdown of the job within their Technical Proposals showing the step and timeline to be used for this upgrade to ensure not all systems are off-line at the same time, thus insuring the continuous operation of the center in the event of an emergency or disaster. The SEOC must be able to be brought back on-line quickly to accommodate such events.
