Destination, Lincoln, Nebraska, one (1) Power Switchgear Center per these specifications, freight paid, unloaded, spotted, oriented and assembled on a foundation. The price shall include a five (5) year warranty; LES is projecting the need for five (3) Power Switchgear Centers over the next 3 years. These are planned purchase quantities and are subject to change. LES makes no promises to purchase the quantities estimated. Provide two (2) Square D Type NQOD 42 circuit, three phase, 120/208VAC panel boards with 225 Amp main breakers and Type QO bolt-on branch breakers. Zenith ZTS Series Standard Operation, Utility-Utility, Automatic Transfer Switch, 400 amp, 3 Pole, 120/208 VAC three phase 4 wire 60Hz, NEMA 1 Enclosure. The switch shall include the MSTD, A1, and A1E Accessories and the Intelli-Switch Microprocessor Control Unit. Provide two (2) Square D 240 VAC, 400 Amp circuit breakers, Cat. No. Q4L3400 with Square D Cat. No. LA400S enclosure and Square D Cat. No. 400SN insulated neutral assembly. These breakers are the protection for the Normal and Alternate sources for the Automatic Transfer Switch. 1.1. The Switchgear shall consist of 8-36” units, numbered 1 through 8, left to right, when viewed from the front breaker drawout side. Upper cells will be referred to as “A” and lower cells as “B”. 1.2. All breakers shall be mounted in the lower, or “B” cells. Cells to be used as Main, Feeder, and Tie Breaker cells, will be as shown on the attached drawings. All breakers shall have associated CT’s located as shown on the One Line Diagram. 1.3. Relay test switches for the transformer protection relays and one set of three potential transformers shall be mounted in the “A” cell above the main breaker. This set of potential transformers shall be connected to the source side of the main breaker. This cell shall, also, contain the terminal blocks for the interconnection to the transformer and circuit switcher. Proposed layout to be shown on the attached drawings.
