Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide bicycle-related services, which could include repairs, supplies, and rentals. The expectation is the vendor(s) will have a regular schedule on-site with an emphasis of providing service on weekends. Vendor(s) will need to either post on-site or on a website the hours of operation at least one week in advance. Any change to the schedule within a week must be notified to the main office for Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront. All improvements to the space must be temporary and removable at the end of the season. A building and zoning permit must be obtained if any structure remains up for thirty days or more. The City will assist with the permit, but all costs associated would be the responsibility of the Vendor
