Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project is to perform weekly lawn maintenance to include mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing grass clippings off all sidewalks, roadways, parking lots, and first level windowsills. The project is located at the Joint Forces Headquarters (“JFHQ”), Charleston, WV. 1. Mowing of lawns to include: JFHQ hillside, annex hillside across from armory, drill hall parking lot, and triangular piece along road going up the hill, lawns in front of JFHQ and the WV NaƟonal Guard (“WVNG”) Recruitment center buildings, strips of lawn beside the buildings, lawn between Child Development Center (“CDC”) road and Annex parking lot, and outlined in the aƩached drawing. 2. Edging around all sidewalks. 3. Trimming around all roadways, parking lots, posts, trees, and shrubs. 4. Clearing of all trimmings from all sidewalks, roadways, parking lots, and ground level windowsills.
