Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of the nurse office building roof and installation of rubber pavers at John Manchin Senior Healthcare Center located at 401 Guffey Street Fairmont, West Virginia 26554 The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. 1. Contractor shall clean entire roof area of any loose dirt and debris. 2. Contractor shall adhere 115 mill fleece back EPDM membrane using low rise foam adhesive. 3. Contractor shall flash EPDM up and over all parapet walls. 4. Contractor shall furnish and install .040 Kynar Aluminum coping at all parapet walls. 5. Contractor shall flash all penetrations adhering to manufacturer’s specifications and industry best practices. 6. Contractor shall furnish and install retrofit drains to ensure proper termination to EPDM roofing. 7. Contractor shall install Versico 24”x 24” x 2” Rubber Interlocking Premium Series Pavers, or equal over entire area of roof ensuring pavers are installed tight to parapet walls and curbs. Color to be chosen by owner. 8. Contractor shall cut pavers around penetrations and drains using utility knife or jigsaw with 10 teeth per inch (TPI) minimum. 9. Contractor shall fabricate and install a stainless-steel transition at the entrance door with anti-slip treads. 10. Contractor shall, upon completion, furnish a written 20-year manufacturer’s warranty for all material and a 1-year warranty on all labor.
