Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 2, dba West Ada School District (hereafter the “District”), is seeking bids for Student Transportation services. Contract award will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids will be opened via a public Microsoft Teams meeting and the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder will be awarded the contract. The Board is interested in entering into a contract for the purpose of providing quality transportation services for the students of the Joint School District No. 2 in conformity with District policies and legal requirements for a period of five (5) years. Upon mutual written agreement of the parties, the District may choose to renew the contract for an additional period of up to five (5) years pursuant to Idaho Code 33-1510.
