Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking a qualified firm (Contractor) to provide staging and audio – video services for the Commencement event that is held in the Spring every year on campus. This setup will be outside on the Simmons Bank field. In the event the weather is not permissible, the event will be held inside. The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is looking for a Contractor that will be a partner in the planning of the stage and audio-visual for this event yearly. As a partner, the Contractor will be responsible for working closely with the University to ensure professional, high-quality staging and audio-video setups for the commencement.
