Specifications include, but are not limited to: • AHFC will provide the paint, and primer if needed and delivered to the location where the work will be completed. (No confusion on color or sheen) • Contractor to provide all other materials and labor. • Preparation and painting includes: Surface prep, protection of unpainted surfaces (i.e. cabinets and flooring) professional painting of partial or full units, and cleanup upon completion. • Protect flooring and surrounding surfaces with a drop cloth or similar covering. • Painting all walls, ceilings, doors, door trim, and window trim. • Texture walls and ceiling when needed • Nail holes/wall blemishes smaller than a Dime will be repaired and considered part of the paint job, anything larger will be repaired and paid at an hourly rate to be determined. • Removal and re-installation of all switch and outlet cover plates, and light fixtures near painting areas. • Upon completion of job the contractor shall remove all materials, debris and leave the area in a clean Condition. • The Contractor shall minimize the inconvenience to the surrounding residents by completing the job in the timeliest manner possible.
