Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work to be done in two intervals. Ideally June 17 & 18, 2023 for the front of the building and then June 24 & 25, 2023 for the back. 2. Remove all vegetation from cracks in pavement. 3. Scrape any high dirt-built areas and pressure wash if necessary. 4. Clean pavement by brushing and blowing. 5. Tape/cone off entrance to pavement from foot traffic and vehicles. 6. Prime any oil spots on pavement to prevent failure. 7. Prime any aggregates in pavement that have become polished due to high traffic. 8. Use hot rubber crack sealant approved by NH State DOT specifications. 9. Use commercial heavy liquid asphalt sealant approved by NH State DOT specifications. 10.Apply 15 mil of commercial liquid sealant through spray, hand and machine application. 11. Use water born traffic paint for striping of the front and back of the building as specified by NH State DOT. 12. Use reflective beads on specifically noted striping in the rear lot for driving course as specified by NH State DOT.
