Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIDE is continuing to solicit proposals from qualified organizations capable of implementing a comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly web-based system to support schools and districts in the implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILP), a repository of resources and student reflection in a student's development of college and career readiness. The priority is to provide school districts with affordable options that provide the resources necessary to implement a quality Individual Learning Plan program that serves the student population through postsecondary planning. It is essential, therefore, that proposals include ways, means, mechanisms, etc. to ensure that the system serves the needs of the State and the community. RIDE recognizes that a single firm may not be able to provide the full suite of services and will consequently accept proposals from organizations working collaboratively to meet our goals. • The software is required to be a hosted system available for access through commercial web browsers and include mobile access and user-friendly interface. • Interface with local Student Information Systems and State data collections. • Provides for a seamless transition of data from Middle School to High School and High School to Postsecondary. • Provides for secure access for administrators, teachers, counselors, parents and students • Indicate anticipated system availability. Provide historical uptimes. Indicate standard maintenance periods. • Provides information on roll-over procedures to back-up sites and system delays on cutovers. • Explain how system inquiries by users is provided and escalation procedures. • Indicate technical support (help desk) hours and availability. • Provides a migration of existing data from any existing ILP system at the school or district
