Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. The Work of this Project is structured into a single phase for the existing NSB Planning Department Facility. The project includes piling installation to support a future facility addition. Demolition of select areas of the existing facility for piling installation is also included. C. The Owner reserves the right to issue additional separate contracts for work in the project area. If separate contracts are executed, Contractor shall cooperate fully with separate contractors so work of those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts. Contractor shall coordinate the work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.
