Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of installing a waterproofing membrane system to the exterior side of the foundation walls on the south and west sides of public exit stairs (BS-12/1S-09) located on the west side of the building north end, just south of the service entry. In order to install the membrane waterproofing, and associated drainage tile, will required the removal and replacement of slab on grade concrete, excavating to expose the brick masonry foundation wall, clean the wall and install the membrane waterproofing system, and a foundation drainage tile that will daylight out to the south of the stair tower. Upon completion of the exterior foundation work complete repair to the interior plaster wall systems, painting and other repairs.
