Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plymouth State University is requesting bids for a direct linen sales program with a variety of affordable high quality dorm room necessities. 2.1.1. Offer a variety of high-quality dorm room necessities including, but not limited to bedding, towels, rugs, hampers, décor, etc. 2.1.2. Owner Representative reserves the right to review catalog items offered to PSU students and request removal of items that are not permitted on campus. 2.1.3. Print and mail all literature including cover letter and order form, where applicable, from Owner Representative to new and/or existing residents and their families. Email students and families, where applicable, to further promote Owner Representative’s program(s). Mailing and Email lists will not be used or sold for any purpose other than promoting collective programs to students and families. 2.1.4. Manage ecommerce (online) site on Owner Representative’s behalf, handle order processing, payments, manage all sales, returns, and refunds. 2.1.5. Provide online view access to Owner Representative, to view student sales and trends throughout the year. 2.1.6. Fulfill all orders, based on student’s shipping options to be agreed upon with the requestor, manage customer service, including phone, email, and online chat. 2.1.7. Provide a service team to work with organizational representatives in an ongoing, responsive manner to manage and facilitate all operations, communication and processes associated with successful implementation of programs.
