Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide on-site face to face interpretation services for non-English speaking families and their ITP therapists and ITP Service Coordinators (service providers) within the Department's Region 5, as outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). 2. Provide interpretation services at various locations which may include the client’s home, daycare facility, etc. 3. Provide interpretation services during workshops or trainings being attended by the family within the family’s community. 4. Acknowledge receipt of the Department requests for interpretation services within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the written or oral request by email to the individual submitting the request if written, and by phone if an oral request. 5. Work with the individual submitting the request to schedule a time that works for all stakeholders including the family. 6. Ensure arrival at designated location for provision of services at the scheduled time. a. A twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice is required for situations other than an emergency. Notification must be provided to the therapist, physician, service coordinator, or any other individual identified in the IFSP the Contractor has agreed to provide services for. 7. Ensure the provision of on-time services via Virtual Early Intervention Telehealth visits and or telephone conferencing, when requested by the Department or their designee. 8. Ensure billable service time matches the ITP service provider billable time.
