Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Jonesboro is accepting bids for a replacement roofing on Fire Station #7 located at 8461 C. W. Post Road, Jonesboro, AR 72401; Install one layer 1” Insulation board over existing roof and shall be mechanically attached minimum 12 fasteners per square. Mechanically fasten new .60 mil White TPO roof system over 1” Insulation using mechanical fasteners Flash all walls to provide a water tight finish as pre manufactures requirements Install all roof related accessories to provide a watertight condition as pre manufacture requirements Fabricate and install new 24 gauge Kynar pre-finished coping cap Fabricate and install new 24 gauge Kynar pre-finished counter flashing Fabricate and install new TPO coated scuppers. During and after completion of project covered by this bid, the bidder will be responsible for cleaning and hauling any and all debris to clean the work site.
