Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all labor, various materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the services listed throughout this RFP, including, but not limited to: all inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and installation of building automation systems, HVAC controls, lighting controls and similar systems in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications listed below.; 1. Responsibilities a. The contractor shall install and program all Building Automation Systems in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and any applicable codes, specifically NFPA70. b. Guidelines established by equipment manufacturer shall be followed during the inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair. c. Each installation shall follow best practices set forth by ASHRAE for energy management. d. New or modified control programs and graphics shall follow industry standard best practices and provide the city’s facilities staff with a functional and informative user interface. e. All equipment, travel/mileage, labor, and incidentals to provide complete installation, inspection and testing services, and repairs, of the below listed Building Automation Systems shall be included.
