Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD) to gatherinput, obtain information, and cost estimates in proceeding with proposals to implement an enterprise GrantsManagement Platform as well as to migrate five ACCD grants programs from Grants Management System to a newgrants management system.The ACCD and the Agency of Digital Services (ADS) intend to evaluate the submissions by respondents to explore how they would meet their needs and understand the cost associated with proposed solutions. The ACCD or ADS shall not beheld liable for any costs incurred by the vendors in the preparation of their submission, or for any work performed prior to contract issuance.
