Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Education is soliciting bids for and OPEN-END CONCTRACT for the purchase of vinyl frost door decals with installation; Amount bid for all commodity line items must be inclusive of shipping, delivery and handling fees and must be incorporated in the bid prices. Shipping, delivery and handling fees charged separately shall be the responsibility of the vendor and will not be paid by the agency. Vinyl cover and installation may be requested for additional doors through out the year.
