Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work - The contractor will be required to remove and replace (8) eight, five ton R410A packaged heating and cooling units at the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts Center in Carlsbad, New Mexico. • Remove and dispose of 8 existing 5 ton package units • Install 8 new, five ton R410A packaged heating and cooling units • Only Carrier brand or York brand units will be accepted. • Connect to existing gas line/utilizing existing regulators • Supply all curb adapters and all necessary materials for the installation of new units • Install hail guards on each unit • Connect to existing thermostats • Make all necessary connections and reconnections • Install manual outside air dampers on each unit • Unit location will be determined by installer
