Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sarpy County Sheriff is seeking structural parking covers/carports for these lanes with the following characteristics: 1. Minimum interior height, at any point, of at least 10’5”, 2. Under-mounted ceiling illumination, a. LED, b. Integrated with existing parking lot illumination controls, or photovoltaic sensors, c. Non-proprietary parts or consumables, 3. Cantilever design, a. No roof support shall be positioned between stalls near the drive aisles. 4. Structural supports shall not alter drainage of the parking lot, nor encourage pooling of drainage at supports. 5. Structure must be and provide weather protection including: sun, wind, snow, rain, and hail. 6. Structure must also provide protection for vehicle overhang. 7. Structure will be painted, or powder coated to owner color choice, from available options.
