The West Virginia Division of Highways is soliciting bids to establish a onetime contract to provide a lease/rental equipment agreement, with the operation of the equipment to be performed by Vendor, at 9390 River Road Itmann WV 24847. Vendor shall provide a qualified operator to perform Operation of rental equipment ordered by the Agency. The Vendor shall be responsible for the performance of all regular/routine/preventive equipment maintenance as required per manufacturer recommendations and shall provide and maintain the required parts, supplies, fuel, oil, and other lubricants as necessary during the rental period.
