Location: Joint Base Elemendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska
673 ABW/CP is in need of a system upgrade to an existing command and control communications system. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other necessary items and services necessary to accomplish the installation/upgrade to the current system. This contract will include a one year warranty with 3 option years. The maintenance contract will cover the regular maintenance and repair of all CP/ALT CP, 3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment. The communications System must be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
HP4000 to Unify OpenScape Voice Upgrade System (see Draft Performance Work Statement attached).
The contractor’s primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are trained, qualified and experienced in performing maintenance and repair of the CP/Alt CP,3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment, crisis management, dispatch consoles, and all associated Unify (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications) telecommunications hardware and software that are installed throughout JBER.
