Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Topeka (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for a comprehensive, fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, which is designed for government agencies, including delivery, installation, integration, configuration, data conversion, training, documentation, support, and maintenance. The City seeks a proven system that is in operational use by at least three other counties or municipalities, preferably similar to the City of Topeka, with respect to the scope of the requirements and size of organization. Proposers are to propose a fixed-cost solution based on the City’s requirements. The City requires a prime proposer, or systems integrator, to act as a prime contractor legally and financially responsible for all implementation services of the proposed solution. Although the City desires a single-vendor integrated solution, the City reserves the right to consider multi-point solutions/vendors if the City’s overall requirements cannot be satisfied.
