Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will coordinate and implement the demolition of the historic wheat and corn grain elevators and warehouse located at Neligh Mill in Neligh, Nebraska. Contractor will also remove and dispose of a rail car currently located onsite. The end result of this project should be a cleared lot with sod. There should be no adverse effect on the historic mill building located onsite. A list of tasks is included in the Deliverables section. Special care must be taken regarding the following: 1. Safety considerations related to demolition of a structure of this age, height, and type of material (primarily wood with some cement). 2. Working with utility company due to power lines in close proximity that cannot be shut down or diverted. 3. If possible, materials from the demolition should be saved for use in other projects. The Contractor will provide the necessary equipment to complete the project.
