Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications describe annual window cleaning, Interior AND Exterior, services needed for ten of the current facilities of the City of Omaha Public Library System (OPL). It is understood between the parties that the prime purpose of this agreement is that the premises Interior and Exterior windows shall be cleaned according to reasonable and accepted standards. The premises shall be cleaned in a professional manner. Lighting and water usage shall be kept to minimum as required to complete satisfactory performance of the work. Building security protocols must be followed as requested by OPL. OPL's judgment as to performance will be based primarily on the acceptable appearance of the facilities windows being dirt-free, streak-free and film-free. 3.1 Contractor will provide all equipment and supplies needed. 3.2 Commercial/Industrial cleaning products and supplies from a reputable supplier, products or materials that are environmentally safe that meet the sustainability criteria outlined in Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) Credit 3.3 Green Cleaning. 3.3 All products and material must meet the approval of Library Facilities Representative. The Library Facilities Representative can require changes in products and material if the product or material is shown to be sub-par in quality, consistency or other factors affecting the appearance or performance of the product. 3.4 A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must be provided for each cleaning product used at Library facilities and kept at each facility 3.5 Cleaning cloths, buckets, or any other tool or machine shall be supplied by Contractor and remain the property of the contractor. 3.6 Material and equipment belonging to Contractor must be marked with Contractors identification and will not be stored on site at the Library facilities.
