Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town intends to enter a contract with the contractor to allow for the courts’ design and constructive services to work together for the most efficient, cost-effective, and timely buildout of the pickleball courts and tennis courts. Specific services include, but are not limited to site analysis, standard conception design of five (5) pickleball courts with construction documents and specifications, and a multi-court building analysis inclusive of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary (i.e., net posts, nets, center anchors.). It should be noted that the standard pickleball court dimensions permit 20ft. wide by 44ft. in length with a net height of 36in. The standalone pickleball courts should include a runoff area making the preferred court and runoff dimensions 40ft. wide by 64ft. long inclusive of 10ft. surrounding margins.
