The A-1 Activity Bus furnished by the successful bidder shall be new and unused and shall conform to the specifications in the Bid Documents and in the Contractor’s bid response. The Type A-1 Activity Bus will have all warranties required by the Bid Documents or otherwise provided by the Contractor and manufacturer, which manufacturer’s warranty will be assigned to OPS at the time the Type A-1 Activity Bus is furnished.
