Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Johnson County Park and Recreation District (JCPRD) is requesting sealed proposals from licensed, qualified, and experienced Contractors to provide Seed and Sod services for various park improvement projects and properties throughout Johnson County, Kansas. The bid is for an on-call term and supply contract to provide unit price installation of seeding, sodding, hydroseeding, hydromulching, and erosion control blanket. An agreement to furnish at a firm fixed unit price for the selected seeding, sodding, hydroseeding, hydromulch, and erosion control work as listed on the attached Bid Proposal. The Owner will contact the Contractor on an as-needed basis to perform work in various JCPRD Facility, Park, and Properties. Work shall include proving all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for each specific unit bid. Owner will provide access, and boundaries for the application of each unit of work. Contractor will contact Owner prior to installation of work to verify site location and site conditions, as necessary. A. Item#1 – Big Roll Sod Installation per SY, 525 SY minimum order B.
