Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vegetation Cut back • Cut back or mow vegetation and remove thatch from the site, including the bottom of the basins, channels, side slopes, and fences Spring Litter Collection (Trash & Debris) • Collect & remove trash and debris from across the site. Remove all fallen trees & woody/vegetative debris Throughout season System Function Inspection/Maintenance • Inspect areas for excessive dead organic matter, debris, and sediment to ensure flow paths are not blocked, repair as necessary Monthly Vegetation Monitoring & Maintenance • Monitor vegetative plant health throughout project area. Re-vegetate, cut-back, thin-out as necessary Throughout season • Monitor and remove invasive and weed plant species; appropriate herbicide approved for use around waterbodies can be used selectively through growing season w/approval from City point of contact Throughout season • Monitor for volunteer trees and remove if found Throughout season
