All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Staking, and Title Research, if necessary), Design and Plan Development, and Construction Phase Services. Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for providing professional public outreach and marketing services. These services shall compliment INDOT's efforts to proactively communicate project development updates in an effective manner to various media outlets through the consistent utilization of multi-media messaging and visual illustrations as requested. The selected firm shall coordinate with INDOT on all outreach efforts, which may include stakeholder meetings, information meetings, and/or public hearings as deemed appropriate. Other services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Pavement Design if needed, . INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services, if needed.
