All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall complete an Engineering Assessment/Alternative Analysis for projects where one is not included in the RFP. The selected firm will also be responsible for: Environmental Document, Permit Applications, Topographic Survey, Design and Plan Development, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including Right-of-Way Engineering, Title Research, and Staking), Real Estate Acquisition Services (including Right-of-Way Management, Appraising, Review Appraising, Buying, Closing and Relocation as needed), Geotechnical Engineering, Pavement Design, Utility and Railroad Coordination, Subsurface Utility Exploration (SUE), Construction Phase Services, and other related services as needed.
