Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) CHUGIAK, BIRCHWOOD, EAGLE RIVER RURAL ROAD SERVICE AREA (CBERRRSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide for the design and construction services of a storm water lift station to support proposed storm drain improvements within the Eagle Glenn East Subdivision in Eagle River, Alaska. All Work under this Contract shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes, ordinances, standards, and all associated addenda. The scope of work is to provide design, supply, and construction support for a fully operational lift station. Work will include, but not be limited to, providing all design, prefabrication, manufacture, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, handling, storage and performance of all operations including concrete wet well, submersible non-clog storm water pumps, vent, pipe, valves, control panel, hatch, and appurtenances. Services shall also include delivery of the lift station components as designed to the specified location indicated herein and construction support during installation of the lift station, including support for startup and owner training. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to prepare their response so that all materials and/or products shall conform to the intent of the Drawings, Specifications, and Special Provisions.
