Specifications include, but are not limited to: Build-out of the western-most suite on the second floor of the White Cliff building tosupport the Ketchikan Gateway Borough’s Clerks Department. Work will includemobilization, coordination of work activities with meeting times, and selective demolition;construction of interior walls in the project area, including all structural, framing, cladding,mudding, and taping; electrical work in the project area; mechanical work in the projectarea, and in a separate location on the first floor; installation of acoustical ceilings, and allmodifications to the sprinkler system required for the successful construction of thisproject. All work will be performed per the planset, attached to the City of KetchikanBuilding Permit, from R&M Engineering – Ketchikan, Inc. signed and executed January1, 2023
