Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified architecture and engineering firms to respond to the following Request for Proposal (RFP) for the UNM College of Fine Arts (CFA) Center for Collaborative Arts & Technology (CCAT). We seek planning, programming, and design services for new construction of approximately 62,000 GSF. The project will serve the College of Fine Arts students, faculty and staff, the general public, and the broader Albuquerque arts community, who will utilize the spaces. A Needs Assessment is under preparation to assess the needs of primary users, anticipated activities, and optimal capacity of the new facility and will be available to the design team during the programming phase (May 2023)
