Specifications include, but are not limited to: Must be able to accept data file import with multiple user-defined data points to update student record, at multiple points in the scholarship lifecycle. For example, cumulative GPA, current enrollment, and biographical information. Must be able to export data from Scholarship system via flat file for import into Campus Connection and to evaluate applicant data. Must be able to perform an advanced search within the system to locate a contact (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, DOB, etc.). Must be able to have multiple applications open with multiple open and close dates. Must be able to customize and brand interface and communications. Must be able to set up of new scholarship portfolios, qualifications and questions without programmer involvement. Must have the capability of sending/storing customized communications from system to various groups - applicants, recipients, donors, evaluators, and institutions - and automate when necessary. Please describe your process. Must be able to provide the agency users with audit reports of relevant log information. Information must include, but not be limited to, who logged into the system, what information was accessed, what changes were made, and the date/time changes were made. Ability to capture analytic data such as read rates on communications, login attempts, email logs and incomplete applications.
