Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) Office of Teaching and Learning is soliciting bids to establish a contract for a screening, diagnostic, and progress monitoring tool for measuring the foundational components of reading and mathematics for Grades Prek-3; Vendor providing service will host the screening, diagnostic, and progress monitoring tool for measuring the foundational components of reading and mathematics including components related to dyslexia and dyscalculia indicators. Data will be delivered securely via a secure data transmission· process approved by the Office of Data Managements & Information Systems. Vendor must be responsible for the 15-day initial system set-up of the instrument. The instrument/tool must have an online reporting system, hosted by the vendor, that includes a full library of reports at the classroom, school, district and state level available to teachers, schools, districts, and the WVDE;
