Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Correction is requesting quotes for Avatier software; The Avatier Password Station or Equivalent software will be used to allow users to reset lost or forgotten credentials in a manner that eliminates or reduces the need for IT staff involvement. This software will help prevent interruptions in work outside of regular business hours, which could result in safety concerns. Must facilitate secure reset of forgotten or expired credentials with very limited human intervention. Must have proactive notifications to end users that passwords are set to expire. Must enforce strong password selection with configuration rules. Must provide intrusion detection capabilities by alerting on unsuccessful reset attempts. Universal web access to the solution using any common commercially used browser and OS combination. Must be compatible with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
